Brief Background
ACTIP is a registered community-based organization that was established in 2023 and officially registered in 2025, dedicated to bridging the digital divide by equipping women, youth, and persons with disabilities (PWDs) with inclusive and practical ICT skills. Founded to promote social and economic empowerment through technology, ACTIP implements training programs, community outreach, and digital inclusion initiatives across Eastern Uganda and beyond.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower women, youth, and persons with disabilities by equipping them with ICT skills that enhance their educational opportunities, enable entrepreneurship, and foster sustainable business growth. We strive to provide the knowledge and tools needed to bridge the digital divide and unlock new opportunities for trade, business, and community development

Our vision is to create a world where women, youth, and persons with disabilities have equal access to digital skills, empowering them to succeed in education, business, and entrepreneurship. We envision a future where technology becomes a catalyst for sustainable development and social inclusion
